We need to stop giving the tribes hand outs for just existing. Biggest issue that community seems to have that I noticed when I moved here is the hand outs. They don't value what they have since they don't work hard to get it. The vast majority of them seem to just run anything they own into the gutter and it stems from government hand outs. I'm not suggesting this program is that kind of issue but without details I could see it become a issue.
